6. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate the Agreement under the following conditions:

Upon providing 30 days' written notice.
Immediate termination in case of breach of terms.
If continued service poses a legal or safety risk.

Upon termination, clients must settle any outstanding payments and ensure all waste has been appropriately removed.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes arising from the Agreement, both parties agree to:

Engage in good faith negotiations to resolve the issue.
If unresolved, seek mediation through a mutually agreed-upon mediator.
As a last resort, pursue arbitration or legal action in accordance with governing laws.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal actions arising from the Agreement will be filed in the appropriate courts located within Tring.
